Mayor Steven Reed, The Diabolical Scientist, who was Probate Court Judge for Montgomery, Alabama 2012 – 2019, sold my home to CTL8 RAI TESCO Custodian LLC right before the mayoral election in 2019. He then had it stripped inside of all original antique doors, and other features of the home. He did not care if it was properly secured after he finished destroying it. Reed sold it five years AFTER he sent Clarence Pugh with the Alabama Department of Mental Health out to threaten me and my Mom to stop calling Washington, D.C. for help. In 2020 he had Janet Buskey, the Montgomery County Revenue Commissioner, lie to my face, in the presence of my federal witness, and say my Mom never turned in her tax exempt form. Even though I have records proving otherwise. Why was my Mom tax exempt? She quit her dental hygiene job for two years to take care of her mother, my grandmother. She was planning on going back to work in 2009, but we began getting attacked and so we couldn’t do anything but try to survive.
A doctor and nurses that saw what was going on gave me this court order and helped me save my Mom’s life.
But let us not forget the golden nugget that is Judge Reese McKinney. He was Montgomery County Probate Judge before Steve Reed was elected to Probate Court. Reese McKinney was so damn corrupt he had my Mom falsely imprisoned and had the papers ready to send her to Bryce Mental Institution without a court hearing. McKinney was going to steal the house, and take my Mama from me. A doctor and nurses that saw what was going on gave me this court order and helped me save my Mom’s life. I got her out and threatened Jackson Hospital with a lawsuit if they sent her to Bryce Mental Institution.
They wanted my Mom out of my life and to take everything I ever loved away from me.
McKinney is a member of Southdale LLC. Other members of Southdale LLC are Suzanne von Gal Stevenson, George von Gal, Marney von Gal Garzon, Jon Bargainier, and others. Yes, you caught the von Gal name didn’t you? My ex William Bellingrath von Gal’s two sisters and a brother are part of Southdale LLC. It is very easy to get someone ‘committed’ to a mental institution when you have a judge in your back pocket. They wanted my Mom out of my life and to take everything I ever loved away from me. The crazy the thing is that my Mom voted for Steven Reed to become Probate Judge. I told my Mom to vote for Reed, as I truly believed he was not a corrupt man. Boy, was I wrong! Running for Probate Court, Judge Steven Reed promised to investigate Judge Reese McKenny’s shady real estate deals, like the Hyundai fiasco. Who was the attorney for the county buying that land? It was Attorney Tommy Gallion, my ex’s attorney! Reed never investigated anything. As soon as he got in office and put on that judges robe he continued the same abuse of power as Judge McKinney had done.

I have been investigating this corruption since 2009. I am alleging racketeering by the Montgomery County Probate Court, abuse of power, aggravated 1st degree theft of property, and Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. How much money did Montgomery County profit from the sale and complete destruction of my beautiful home? How many houses did the Montgomery County Probate Court take by exerting control over, then illegally selling the homes to shady companies like REO America, American Pride Properties LLC, and CTL8 TESCO Corporation? All of which are interchangeable shell games, as they hand off houses from one company to another, further confusing innocent homeowners and making it harder to get the property back. Also they charge exorbitant interest rates. If your taxes were $1,000.00, these mafia type companies will make it $13,000.00 after they tack their interest on.

She had no qualifications to hold such a position and it is no coincidence that Steve was trying to keep it all in the family so to speak…
