This is a 2003 narrative of the abuse I endured at the hands of William Bellingrath von Gal of Autaugaville and Montgomery, Alabama. After this was filed in The Circuit Court Of Montgomery County Alabama, my Mom and I were stalked by the MPD and other entities. I refused to expunge von Gal’s record. Everything I wrote on this PFA, concerning death threats and retaliation, came true. Not one law enforcement officer, public official, domestic violence shelter, legal aid, Alabama State Bar, no one would help us. Still to this blog post I am receiving zero law enforcement assistance of any kind.
How has anyone investigated my rape when not one law enforcement agency in Alabama, including the FBI Mobile Division has ever questioned me about this rape? You cannot conduct an investigation when you do not interview the rape victim.
And no one has investigated why my PFA was hidden in the Alabama System as a “child support case.” as I was told by the Alabama State Bar in 2005. I have no children because von Gal forced me to undergo countless abortions or he would have me and my Mom killed. I was tortured mentally and physically by William Bellingrath von Gal who was allowed to be an ATF Firearms Manufacturer. He was stalking and abusing me while he was an ATF approved firearms manufacturer. He owned Autauga Arms and Loose Cannon Firearms in Autaugaville, Alabama.
No one has investigated anything I try to report. Before I was run out of Montgomery, while I was gone. And even now after I am back in Alabama for over 3 years. John Hall, Deputy Chief of MPD told me, “there is nothing you can say to make me open any case.”
No one will even arrest J.R. Hanson & Tommy Ryan for the repeated burglaries on 3156 Cloverdale Rd that left me with nothing. They took all my worldly possessions. Photos, baby clothes, everything.
The burglary report states 10U : for unknown but that is a lie because the MPD caught Hanson & Ryan and friends red handed and let them leave with our possessions. That is a false police report, written by a cop. That is against the law. Isn’t that perjury? The suspects are not “UNKNOWN.”
I have had to begin studying Montgomery, Alabama police codes and state laws. I have found so many lies the MPD has and is still telling me about proper police procedure and criminal codes. If the MPD had any ethics it should embarass them. But alas, they do not have any ethics.
Crimes that Tommy Ryan and J. R. Hanson are guilty of but NOT on the report? These drug addicts helped destroy our home, run us out of it. Assault me & my Mom. Then they stole everything we had while my Mom was getting potentially life saving medical care.
Why is the MPD covering up PFA Violations by women abusers, burglaries and property destruction by known meth heads, and rapist cops like MPD Property Crimes Michael McCord? Why did McCord “retire” right after he raped me? These are not all the crimes that occurred to me and my elderly Mom and I want Justice.
