In 2009 my mother Myrtle Ozell Chandler Miller was poisoned in our home at 3156 Cloverdale Rd Montgomery, Alabama 36106. I have tried desperately since that day to get the Montgomery Police Department, ALEA, the FBI, the Sheriff and anyone else involved in law enforcement or the criminal justice system in Alabama to investigate. I have suspects, witnesses, methods used, a timeline of events, accomplices, an autopsy report and hospital records yet no one here will even file a report.

Just like my rape by Montgomery Police officer Mike McCord, the MPD refuses to take any action for me. On July 20th 2022, then Major John W. Hall with the Montgomery Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division told me to my face, with a witness that, “There is nothing you can say to make me open any investigation.” Sitting in the conference room at CID headquarters across from Jarret Williams with intelligence, half-asleep Alix Payne with homicide and the ever arrogant John W. Hall. Why will the new Police Chief of the Darryl J. Albert NOT take my police reports?

During the hour long meeting Major Hall explained to me and my legal rep that he did not appreciate me talking about his policemen. He then threatened that if I pursued the poisoning scenario, or if I testified that my late mother or myself were poisoned, he would have me arrested and charged with perjury. He said this without unfolding his arms. He said it like it was his gospel and without any investigation, without any proof or lack of, John hall decided there was no murder. Some cop.
I have tried many times here to get an investigation into my moms murder, my rape, my ex’s threats on me and my mom’s lives. After my mother died I drove from Los Angeles to Nevada to file a report. I went to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department and told them what was happening and they agreed to file a report and send it to Montgomery as a courtesy to me and my mother. Below is a copy of that report.
I have had a few MPD officers reference this report and another I had done in Nevada that was sent to the MPD but Major John W. Hall refuses to acknowledge its existence. The MPD lies and lies and lies and then they lie about the lies and then blame it on the FBI, the victim or John Halls ‘never working computer.’
