Fredrika Miller and her Mom Ozell Miller have reported Civil Rights & Violence Against Women Act violations since 2004. There is a recording at the FBI Montgomery field office of the Mobile Division from a 2004 agent recorded interview, it is approximately 2 hours long. From 2004 onward Fredrika has reported Civil Rights Crimes to law enforcement agencies all over Alabama including the FBI. In a 2010 visit to the Montgomery field office Vanessa, Chris and Kelvin King were all in attendance and witnesses. Fredrika reported civil rights violations by the Montgomery Police Department, City of Montgomery, Judge Les Hayes and Chief of Police Art Baylor. In their 2012 visit to the FBI Montgomery field office they met with agent Greg Holston. Fredrika and her mother Ozell Miller reported bank fraud, civil rights violations by the City of Montgomery, MPD, and Judge Charles Price. Fredrika and her mother Ozell were told by Holston to “Get out of his office” and were refused any assistance, also recorded on video.
In a December 04, 2012 visit to the FBI Montgomery field office Fredrika and Ozell met with agent Jeremy Wright. They gave him sensitive emails pertaining to civil rights violations and other federal crimes and he took them and gave them to the State of Alabama even though Fredrika expressed to him that she did not want them given to anyone else under any circumstances also violating their civil rights.
Fredrika and her mother Ozell were falsely imprisoned by the City, County and State of Alabama. Fredrika was raped by Montgomery Police Department Officer Mike McCord on 04/14/2012. Fredrika and Ozell contacted Jeremy Wright and reported the rape on 04/14/2013. The Montgomery Police Department still refuses to take crime reports claiming a joint investigation into the rape had been done between the FBI and the MPD but refuse to show any documents. Agent Andrew Sullivan at the Montgomery field office told me and Fredrika, in person, that the FBI does not investigate rape and that the MPD are lying about any investigation. Agent Sullivan has refused to return any phone calls of mine, I have made over a dozen to him to get clarity on his statement.
Vanessa said “They cant do that.” Fredrika said “They are.”
The FBI refuses to enforce the civil rights of Fredrika and her mother Ozell and they were effectively ‘run out of Montgomery’. Jeremy and Vanessa were their contacts at the FBI when they reported that the city and county of Montgomery and State of Alabama forced them out of their home and had to go to their condo in Gulf Shores. Vanessa said “They cant do that.” Fredrika said “They are.” Jeremy spoke with the Millers until sometime in 2015 when he finally told them that he could “Only listen, he couldn’t help them.” I spoke with Jeremy Wright myself in 2020 from here in Alabama and he stated that he had moved on from his post in the Mobile Division office but he remembered the Millers very well. He told me he listened to them as often as he could but could offer no reason why he did not help or investigate any of the things they were claiming. He told me he would, however tell the newer agents that were taking over his cases about the Millers and bring them up to speed on everything. He told me they would be their new contacts yet they have still never helped or contacted myself or Fredrika. The FBI told Fredrika on the phone to bring ‘Montgomery to Gulf Shores.’ While Fredrika was in Montgomery her and her mother Ozell reported stalking, physical assault, death threats, property destruction, witness intimidation, computer crimes, false arrests, burglaries, abuse of power, bank fraud, deprivation of rights under color of law etc… Not at one time did any agent do anything to help even after they asked Agent Greg Holston for witness protection in 2012. Fredrika and her mother Ozell believe they were poisoned in their own home in 2009. After they didn’t get any help they were compelled to leave the State of Alabama in fear of their lives and without protection from any law enforcement agency.
Instead we found their home was taken by then probate Judge Steven Reed, now ‘In trouble’ Mayor of Montgomery.
The Millers also reported the Gulf Shores Police Department to the FBI for throwing them out their own ‘fully paid for’ condo. I was with Fredrika when Ozell died on Christmas Day 2019 in California from the poisoning in Alabama. I came with Fredrika to Alabama in January 2020 to help her fix up her home and through the probate process. Instead we found their home was taken by then probate Judge Steven Reed, now ‘In trouble’ Mayor of Montgomery. Their home was sold illegally through a theft by deception tax scam claiming that the Millers had not paid taxes on a house they were exempt from paying taxes on. The Millers were in constant contact with the county and state offices about their home and I was witness to it. At no time were they warned of any legal action. As a matter of fact when Fredrika asked if there were any late charges or issues with their home both Janet Buskey and Steven Reed told them that at most there was some lawn cutting fees and Fredrika was happy to pay those. Yet after her return the house was found burgled, boarded up and sold for non-payment of taxes while they were away in California getting potentially life-saving medical treatment. I feel they were systematically forced out of their home, their neighborhood and eventually the state by the very people elected and appointed to protect them.

Fredrika is now homeless and the FBI Mobile Division tells us they cannot arrest Officer Mike McCord for rape because “The FBI does not investigate rape by police officers or anyone.” I have an Agent Green saying that the FBI doesn’t investigate rape on a telephone recording. I have many other recordings as well. On 07/20/2022 we visited the FBI Mobile Division Montgomery field office at the demand of Major John Hall of the Montgomery Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division and asked to see the rape report Major Hall claims the FBI had. Agent Andrew Sullivan, as I have already stated, said none exists. He also said if the MPD is claiming that then they are lying. Agent Sullivan then handed me a form to fill out as a report for the FBI at that time and that they would ‘follow-up’ on that report yet it and many phone and internet ones have yet to be answered in any way.

I have been witness to dereliction of duty by the MPD on numerous occasions. We tried to report two stolen automobiles and were denied. We tried to report her rape by MPD officer Michael McCord on several occasions and the MPD’s Sgt. Brandon Capps, Major John Hall and city investigations officer Bill Barousse all denied filing any report. I was witness to the MPD’s refusal to discuss any of these crimes or actions in person and was told by Major John Hall that there was “Nothing Fredrika Miller could say to make him open a case of any kind” and that he did not ‘Like’ the way she was talking about ‘his’ officers. The FBI has taken several reports from myself and a dozen or more reports from Fredrika and/or Ozell Miller and has never contacted me to ask a single question or follow up on any statement I have made.
I was with Fredrika in 2020 when she reported her Gulf Shores, Alabama condo theft by deception and rape by MPD officer to the Baldwin County Sheriff. No one has ever contacted either of us in reply or to make or take any statement. We have reported this to the FBI on numerous occasions yet no one to this day has spoken a single word to me or Fredrika about ANY of these statements.
We have made FOIA requests, physical in person requests and phone requests for any and all documents pertaining to Fredrika, her rape, her mothers murder, or any police inaction and the FBI has refused even the most inert and basic of meetings or interviews. No one within the FBI office will clear up any misinformation we are receiving weekly from their office, the city, county of Montgomery or the state of Alabama. Neither the MPD or ALEA will offer any assistance, information or clarity on their statements that the FBI and the MPD had a joint investigation into the rape allegation made by Fredrika Miller. The FBI is allowing their name to be dragged through the mud by a bunch of local police who would just let the FBI take the heat for their own ineptitude.

A Montgomery Police Officer named Michael McCord raped and sodomized Fredrika Morrissette Miller and everyone stands by and ignores her. The FBI is complicit and/or just as guilty as the officer that committed the crime. Public relations officer Tommy Loftis has refused us any information citing the FBI’s policy that they can neither ‘Confirm nor Deny’ any such documents or investigations. The FBI is treating Fredrika Miller and her mother differently and with undue prejudice for no reason, at least not one the FBI is willing to comment on. It is obvious that the FBI is not upholding the ‘Equal Justice Under the Law’ amendment to the constitutions 14thamendment. Please contact me and clear this up.
