The video is two years old. I have been back to Alabama for 3 years and not one law enforcement person will take my crime reports. I called the FBI in Alabama, the “Alabama Bureau of the FBI.” I have reported to the FBI office Mobile Division the crimes that were happening in real time from 2003- present day. It would be nice if they would open a civil rights violation case against ALEA, MPD and other local law enforcement that refuse to take reports and investigate crimes. I have repeatedly reported and was interviewed by the FBI and still nothing has happened to solve the murder of my Mom or any other case. Witnesses are faking their deaths, disappearing, dying, and moving on with their lives like nothing has happened to me or my Mom. My name is Fredrika Morrissette Miller. I would like the FBI to investigate the crimes I have reported to them that ARE in their jurisdiction and in their job description. Violence Against Women Act, Civil Rights Violations, forgery, theft by deception, abuse of power by public officials, etc…

Ok. Well you can provide all the documents needed to prove beyond reasonable doubt those people are guilty of those crime’s? Cause I will tell you from experience when you go to turning in police and especially ALEA. To FBI they can and will make you life a living hell. I turned the sheriff into the FBI while he had me locked up and well we have a new one.

I have documentation. ALEA/MPD has already made my life a living hell by letting my Mom get killed while they sat back & did nothing. I have nothing to lose. They already took everything I ever loved. I got rid of Chief Ernest Finley of the MPD. Chief Daryl Albert is next since he will not take police reports. I have recorded conversations with ALEA agents who refuse to do anything. Same with AG Marshall’s office. I came back to Alabama to get justice. I will not stop until the people responsible for my Mom’s murder are held accountable. Also my rape by MPD Officer Mike McCord in 2012. Glad you got a new sheriff. 🙂
