My meeting with Major John Hall of Montgomery Alabama Police Dept. CID. He Admits to Alabama National Guard Sexual Assault Coordinator: “No investigation into Fredrika’s rape was ever opened by the MPD.”

Major John Hall with Criminal Investigations Division of the Montgomery Police Department in Montgomery, Alabama.

Living in Montgomery, Alabama I have had a lot of opportunities to meet and deal with the police. From reporting death threats to stolen cars and property destruction, I have asked for plenty of help. If you’ve read my posts, you will realize I haven’t gotten much. Most of the time, if they show up at all, they hear me say the name Will von Gal or Josh Gogan and turn around and get back in their ‘cruiser.’ They never touch their paper or a pen to write a report or complaint. They do however, threaten to shoot my dog, falsely imprison my mom or rape me.

Let’s just say I am the thorn that keeps on digging in under their skin.

Ever since I filed my PFA (Protection From Abuse) order against my ex, William Bellingrath von Gal, I have not had a single positive encounter that I can remember with the local authorities. I will not go into it here again, I have plenty of Tweets and blog entries that describe the complete and utter disrespect the law gives me in Alabama. Let’s just say I am the thorn that keeps on digging in under their skin. I do not let up because they do not do their job. I will not back down from a fight, especially with ‘Johnny Law Dog.’ At no time has that point been more obvious than it is with Major John Hall of the Criminal Investigations Division, Montgomery.

The CID of the Montgomery Police Department handles exactly what their title refers to, investigating crime. Not chasing down speeders or ticketing illegally parked cars but real police work. Homicide, rape, assault etc. you get the picture. I commend them for what they do. Many of them go to work every day, leaving their families to wonder if they will ever see each other again. That has to be tough. It is the reality of life. The streets are cold and harsh and people can be cruel.

In the past 20+ years, I have had to call upon them on numerous occasions. My house was burgled and destroyed by meth heads while I was away with my mom seeking treatment for the damage to her liver by the poison she and I had ingested at the hands of criminals. Our cars were stolen and/or damaged right in my driveway. People stalked us and surveilled me and my mother from houses in the neighborhood, cars parked on our street and many of them were unmarked and ‘marked’ police vehicles. I have written about this in other blogs you can read here so lets just say I have experience dealing with the law and the Alabama justice system in general.

In the recorded phone conversation they talked about opening a homicide investigation into my mother’s death.

In my time dealing with the police, I have never encountered someone as confrontational and condescending as Major John Hall. My legal agent and representative called and spoke with him at length. They discussed what was going on with me and the problems I have had reporting crime in Montgomery. In the recorded phone conversation they talked about opening a homicide investigation into my mother’s death. They talked about my rape by then MPD Officer Michael McCord, the crimes at my home at 3156 Cloverdale Rd in Montgomery and other complaints I have been trying to get the police to act on. Major Hall agreed to meet with us to discuss further any evidence we have, statements we wanted to make and to generally give perspective on what I have been dealing with. It seemed like a positive call. Major Hall set a date a for couple of weeks later, July 20th 2022 when he could make time for me.

I was nervous to go see him because the other times I have been to see or speak to any of them, it always ended negatively. I told my agent/representative, “No matter what I say they will never help me, you’ll see. Mark my words.” I actually made that exact statement. My agent tried convincingly to get me to feel good about the upcoming encounter, to give them the benefit of the doubt. I went there with a sliver of hope, hope I lost a long time ago with the MPD.

The third scenario is the worst position to be in. One where he doesn’t greet, shake hands, get up or introduce himself.

On the way there he said, “There will be three different ways we could be greeted when we arrive at the CID office. If Major Hall invites us into his office, gets up and shakes our hands it means he is open, a willing participant and genuinely interested in what you have to say. He will let you lead the conversation and explain why you are there. If he makes us walk over to him, greet and shake hands at his desk then sit across from him while he tells us what he wants to talk about, he will be trying to control and manipulate the conversation. The third scenario is the worst position to be in. One where he doesn’t greet, shake hands, get up or introduce himself. It means he intends to immediately control the conversation with very specific demands and rules placed on the meeting. It will be a cold and calculated discussion where he holds all the cards and he doesn’t give a shit about you, me or anything we have to say.” Guess which one ‘we’ walked in to? Don’t bother, I will explain.

We were greeted in the lobby by an administrative assistant. She was pleasant and asked us to follow her back to Major Hall. She led us into a conference room where Hall was seated at the head of the table. He did not get up or shake hands. It was not a warm welcome. He did however tell us to sit. He introduced his head of homicide and his head of intelligence. Neither of them greeted us, shook hands or barely even acknowledged our presence. They just sat there like it was the last place on earth they wanted to be. His homicide investigator was visibly bored and he wasn’t afraid to show it.

He seemed put out that he had to move just to get the pens.

Major Hall slid some papers over to us and told us to fill them out. He said they were standard witness forms for whenever they meet with the public. He did not offer pens so we had to ask for them as we didn’t know we would be filling out forms. He seemed put out that he had to move just to get the pens. One of the two men sitting across from us did slide their pen over but we ended up using the ones Major Hall eventually found. After filling out the forms he told us he was going to record the entire meeting, which was standard practice. Hall set his iPhone on the desk and started a recording app. He said his name and the date and who was present in the room. He could not remember my representative’s name and even repeated it back incorrectly, like he could not be bothered with such trivial information. He would later have to ask again, it was infuriating.

Major Hall started the conversation off with a statement that I will paraphrase here because he went on and on about it. I don’t remember the exact first words. The original post is here. It went something like this:

“First of all I will not under any circumstances be discussing the rape charge here today. The FBI, Mobile Division, did an investigation into that and I do not have access to any reports or records. If you want to discuss that situation I suggest you take it up with them.”

“If McCord did to you what you said he did then he should be in prison.”

I was of course immediately put off by his unwillingness to even discuss it at any level. His claim that the FBI did the investigation and he did not have access to it was a lie. First of all, we were told by a Sergeant Brandon Capps at the Ripley St MPD office in early 2020 that the MPD and the FBI did a joint investigation and that they determined me to be “Unfounded.” I will never forget his use of that word. We asked to see the report at that time and Sergeant Capps and his partner claimed it was done through internal affairs and we, my agent/rep and I, were not allowed to see it. Sergeant Capps claimed he got the information from Bill Barousse at City Investigations. He also mentioned the police report that was sent to them from Las Vegas Metro Police as a courtesy to me when I was in Nevada with my mom. Referring to that report, Sergeant Capps said, “If McCord did to you what you said he did then he should be in prison.” I said, “You’re right, he should.”

Sergeant Capps then alluded to some sort of situation with me and my home. He asked me how I made my money and about the “bodies” there?!? I did not understand what the hell he was talking about. The MPD does this to me a lot. They redirect the focus off of them, another tactic. Then he said to my agent/rep “Has she told you everything about that house and what is going on with her?” My rep responded “No, I don’t know what you are talking about. “Capps then said something like “She should tell you.” or “You should ask her about it.”

We were standing in the station lobby around other civilians also waiting to talk to police who could hear our entire conversation. Sgt. Capps was holding a bunch of folders in his hand like it was my files or something. Then he told us to contact the Criminal Investigations Division on Congressman Dickenson Drive. It was clear he had no intention of continuing the conversation and went back inside with no explanation or response. He too was rude and refused any information, always making me feel bad.

The next time we heard about the so-called investigation was from Bill Barousse at City Investigations. We setup a meeting with them also early in 2020, right before the pandemic lockdown began. I was staying 120 miles away due to the death threats and safety concerns I had, so I scheduled it for the end of the week. Something came up and I asked him if I could reschedule for the Monday or Tuesday after that weekend. He agreed and I planned on driving into Montgomery then to get my agent/rep and take him with me. I did not trust the police so he would go with me whenever I had to meet anyone in person, especially law enforcement.

Phone calls always get dismissed and there is no accountability when you are not sitting across from someone, looking them directly in the eye.

However that week was the week they started lockdowns on all federal, state, county and city buildings. We were not able to come meet in person at all to discuss my moms murder or my rape by MPD officer McCord. Bill Barousse suggested we do a phone discussion but I needed to meet in person. Phone calls always get dismissed and there is no accountability when you are not sitting across from someone, looking them directly in the eye. I never anticipated that it would become many months and eventually a couple years of lockdowns, guarded social behavior and social distancing. I never had a chance to re-establish the original connection.

Mr. Barousse did however send a correspondence letter to my home address. He knew I was 120 miles away. He was still under the impression that my home had no mailbox and was boarded up due to the meth heads cooking there while they stole everything I have ever known. I had a mailbox cemented in eventually, after my return from LA so I could start getting mail again. I was so far away that I never found the letter until months later as I could not afford to go to Montgomery but once in a while. The letter read that since I didn’t make the meeting that they considered the matter closed, officially. He too tried to tell me that there was an investigation done between the MPD and the FBI and that they will not look into it any further. I believe he may have been the one to start that lie continuing to this day. The letter also stated that since Michael McCord was not with the MPD any longer that they could not question him. It stated that I would have to hire a lawyer and report it to the Attorney Generals office.

I have called and written many times to all departments about this so-called investigation but no one has come up with a shred of evidence that it even exists. When Major Hall said they had done an investigation, I knew it was bullshit. He wasn’t going to talk about it and no matter what I said he refused to discuss it. I tried to explain that, it was because of those officers that came out to my house and would not arrest anyone or write reports that I was raped. I was also then threatened with rape again in person and over the phone for a long time afterwards because of the lack of protection.

He got more and more irritated every time I brought it up, like he was, “Going to arrest me if I said it again, irritated.”

Major Hall got angry and told me “Do not talk about my officers that way any more. I don’t like it and it has nothing to do with why we are meeting today.” He got more and more irritated every time I brought it up, like he was, “Going to arrest me if I said it again, irritated.” I knew I was going to get nowhere. I told him if he refused to talk about it, how can I explain what happened? He did not want to hear anything he didn’t personally like.

At this point I tried to discuss the case of my mother’s murder by poisoning. Major Hall asked my agent/rep for the evidence we brought but my agent did not feel comfortable handing over a thumb drive to him. It had a copy of everything on it, well not everything but hundreds more documents than Major Hall was going to see as far as I was concerned. I started to explain the poisoning to Major Hall that took place at my home in Cloverdale. I told him who had admitted to doing it, who I believe set my mother and I up, who was involved by luring me away to separate my mom and I, the dates it occurred and other factors in her death.

He immediately said that he could not open a murder case because it has been too long. Then his head of homicide, Alix Payne chimed in asking if we called poison control at the time or the fire department. I told him that we didn’t know we were poisoned yet, who suspects something like that? It was not until my mother’s liver enzymes spiked that we started to suspect foul play. I told Payne and Hall that the landscaper, Michael Stroup, told me and my mother to get out of the house as it was, “Worth $400,000 but now you will be lucky to get $30,000 and I’m a lot younger than you are Mrs. Miller and you will surely die here.” I am paraphrasing because this blog entry is about how Major Hall treated us and refused to do anything.

Major Hall said he had nothing to go on and had no ability to open a case. He then asked about the death certificate and the autopsy report. He wanted to know if her death was ruled as a homicide. I told him that California needed Alabama to step up to the table and help. I said I called and begged them to come out and help explain that my mom was poisoned.

When I told Major Hall this he said, “We don’t do that. We don’t fly out like that and take statements or talk to witnesses.” I said, “Yes you do, you do it all the time.” He said “Well we do do it sometimes, depending on the situation.” He meant if the situation warranted his kind of attention or if a case was opened and [that] was required. Even though I have been reporting the poisoning for many years, no one would even try to investigate it, talk to any individuals I named or do any kind of interviews or take any statements. I told him, “How are you going to know if you don’t talk to anyone. You talk to witnesses and potential suspects until you start to see the connections, patterns and activities of those involved.”

He has so many judges, attorneys and police officials in his circle of friends that he is, for lack of a better word, untouchable.

My mom and I were threatened for years with bodily harm and death. My ex Will von Gal, whom I have written about extensively, told me in no uncertain terms that he would kill me and my mother separately so “Neither of us would even know the other was dead.” He is a sick man, and a bully and known criminal but he was a weapons manufacturer who sponsored law enforcement events to, you know, “Hide in plain sight.” He has so many judges, attorneys and police officials in his circle of friends that he is, for lack of a better word, untouchable. Anything I reported or anytime I needed help by law enforcement and I said his name, “poof” they were gone. They would either hang up or leave the scene and not do anything because they knew him and refused to help me. It was either out of fear or friendship with the authorities that Will could do what he wanted to me and get away with it. This is what I tried to explain to Major Hall about why I always have negative police experiences. He did not want to hear about it, at all.

I have devoted a lot of my writing and tweeting to Will von Gal and his company Autauga Arms of Autaugaville, Alabama. I have a four+ hour interview about my time with Will since we met in 1988 to present day. I will post a link to it but you can find it on my blog. Major Hall still adamant about not opening any investigation continuously stifled me from bringing up his police department during the meeting. He acted personally offended whenever I mentioned it but it was a main reason I wasn’t able to get help from them on many occasions.

Major Hall was not having any part of my explanation. He then told me that my mom died of natural causes. He said that as soon as my mother and I left the property that we could have gotten poisoned anywhere and it negated any legal avenue he could take as far as homicide goes. He even went one step further and stated that he could arrest me for perjury if I swore a statement that Michael Stroupe, Will von Gal and/or Josh Gogan were responsible for poisoning my mother and I. I told him “How will you ever know what happened until you question these people? How can you say there is no case until you investigate the people I have brought up and singled out for their threats and actions against myself and my mother?”

I told him they destroyed my house, pissed all over it, literally, and stole all of our belongings.

Then I tried to get him to listen about all the burglaries and property damage my mom and I experienced at our home. I told him the names of the people that witnesses saw doing the crimes. I told him about the video of them in the act and about how the police told one of our witnesses that they were operating a “Meth Lab” out of my home while I was away with my mom in LA getting treatment for her. I told him Michael Stroup and the drug addicts destroyed my house, pissed all over it, literally, and stole all of our belongings. I said “Why can’t you just go and pick them up and question them? Maybe one of them might confess.” Major Hall said more than once, “I have no evidence and [your] word is not enough to open any investigation. All that is just criminal mischief anyway and the statute of limitations had already run out.” Criminal mischief??? Statute of limitations??? I have been begging for an investigation since it all happened. If any statute has run it is due to the MPD’s dereliction of duty.” I have witnesses, names, photos and video of them going into my house and stealing my stuff. The police caught them in the act. It is not just [my] word!

The burglars took everything and the police caught them in the act thanks to a savvy neighbor who saw them and called the police. The police questioned them and let them go because we, the homeowners, were not ‘present’ at the time. Did they call us? No. Did they follow up with anyone in any way? Nope. Even though I was calling and writing them nearly every single day for the couple of years while I was in LA with my mom, sleeping on the floor of the hospital there begging them to help us, they never said a word about it. That whole story is also on my blog here.

He said, “You’re the Peppermint Unicorn, right?” I was so flattered.

I was getting extremely agitated by Major Halls attitude towards me and my rep. By the end of the meeting he said he would email me so I could send some documents he wanted to see. Major hall never sent an email, never spoke to me again. After we left the CID office we went straight to the FBI office and asked about the rape investigation Sergeant Capps, Bill Barousse and Major Hall told us about. It took some doing because of covid protocols but we finally got in the building and spoke directly with an agent there, Andrew Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan knew who I was as it turns out. He said, “You’re the Peppermint Unicorn, right?” I was so flattered. He said they keep tabs on me and my stuff around the office. A few of the agents there even came to the reception window to see me in person. They may not know that I notice this kind of stuff. It made me smile.

While standing there with Mr. Sullivan I explained what Major Hall said about the rape case and the joint investigation they did with the MPD and Mr. Sullivan responded very specifically. He said, “The FBI does not investigate rape cases and there was no investigation done between this office and the Montgomery Police Department.” The MPD is lying. He said he went through my files and found only the report I filed in 2013 about the rape by Michael McCord. He said that the police department investigates rape, not the FBI. Although there are certain circumstances where rape would be part of a bigger investigation or other mitigating circumstances that would involve them specifically but this was not one of them. I told him I was going to include him in this blog, he smiled and said “Make sure you spell my name correctly.”

I was waiting for Major Hall to send it but he never did.

I left there feeling, not too dissatisfied. At least the FBI was aware of me and my situation and they showed me how Major Hall and the MPD had been lying to me. I dropped off my agent/rep and I drove back home where I was staying, an hour or two outside of Montgomery. The next morning I checked my email. I was waiting for Major Hall to send his email address but he never did. Later that afternoon I was looking through my twitter and a news story popped up. It was a live ceremony that the new Chief of Police, ChiefΒ Darryl J. Albert was presiding over. I believe the reason Major John Hall didn’t bother sending the email is because he was at a public spectacle of a ceremony getting a promotion. He was there with another officer, Chief Albert Chief of staff, Zedrick Dean. Officer Dean also promised to contact us back in early 2020 but never did. That’s right they were getting promotions for their great service while I was getting ignored and denied that service in the same breath.

Over the next few weeks I just got more and more upset about Major Hall’s indifference and outright apathy to my pleas for help. He lies and does nothing for me but basically threatens me with perjury if I keep trying to say my mother was poisoned at our home and by who. I started calling him out on Twitter immediately following my failed meeting and it was getting me nowhere. So my agent/rep decided to write Major Hall a letter after several days of waiting, it is as follows:

We have also called the National Guard office who also explained that the FBI does not investigate rape.

        Dear Major John Hall,

This is [Agent Name.] You said you would email me the next day after we left there, you did not. I have waited long enough. You said to contact the Mobile FBI about the investigation into Fredrika’s rape by MPD officer and National Guardsman Mike McCord. We went there immediately after we left your office and spoke to them at length. They said the MPD was lying to us and that they do not investigate rape and have not investigated any rape case with the MPD involving Fredrika Miller. They have her initial report that she filed with her contact Jeremy Wright, from 2013 that they never gave to the MPD. We have also called the National Guard office who also explained that the FBI does not investigate rape.

The fact of the matter is you never intended to take anything Fredrika and I said that day seriously. It was apparent when we walked in the room. Your manner said it all. You never got up, shook hands, acted cordially, or treated us with any dignity. You had only intended on bullying us through the meeting because of how you already feel about Fredrika and the frequent contact she has made with your department over the years. Your homicide detective made it very apparent that he didn’t want to be there either. Kicked back with his hand over his face, bored out of his mind. You must have hated making him sit there. You didn’t even respect me enough to remember my name. Either that or it was a tactic you use to get the upper hand in meetings like this, keep control. Transparent. The original phone call I had with you was much different than the discussion in person. I brought a thumb drive filled with documents that I said I was going to bring. When I walked in I already knew in two seconds you were going to be exactly how you acted. I told Fredrika there are three different ways we will be met. The third one was the way you met us. I know you know exactly what I am talking about so I won’t bother explaining it. So when you exhibited that behavior I knew I was not going to give you any of the stuff I brought.

This email is because you treated us like crap and you intended to.

This email has nothing to do with any homicide investigation nor does it have to do with the rape case, the stolen car reports that don’t exist, the death threats to Fredrika the MPD refuses to act on or any other business of the police department. This email is because you treated us like crap and you intended to.

Since moving here to Alabama I haven’t met a single cop with any class. I have friends and family who were in the police force out west where I grew up. People who didn’t act like a bunch of arrogant children. You people never return calls, answer mail, or make an effort to treat people with respect. I have never done anything to you but try to help Fredrika deal with your big blue wall.

Where I grew up, I would never talk to the police like this, I have the utmost respect for law enforcement. But here I see how the other type of law enforcement works. Your brand of professionalism goes beyond anything I have ever run into in my life. You are the kind of cop I see on TV all the time now. The ones who pit themselves against society rather than integrate within it.

I came here with her to show her that the police don’t act the way she described. I tried to prove to her that given the chance, you would listen. I was wrong.

The kind of police that MPD has become here is one of resistance, confrontation and bullying. It would be unimaginable to have so little compassion 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I don’t even know how to process that kind of feeling daily. Fredrika has only ever asked for your police, city, county and state to listen, Alabama has refused at every attempt since I met her in 2016. You or your many departments gave us no explanation. I came here with her to show her that the police don’t act the way she described. I tried to prove to her that given the chance, you would listen. I was wrong.  She has written countless emails, letters and requests for help which were almost completely unanswered. Your actions are driving the wedge between regular citizen you have sworn to protect and yourselves. Congratulations on your promotion, you’ve earned it.

Agent/Rep name.

After this I decided to call the National Guard in Montgomery. My rapist, Michael McCord was in the guard and I wanted to turn him in to them to see what they could do to him. I called the local National Guard office and said I wanted to report a rape. After a few redirected phone calls I finally got through to a lady who is the Sexual Assault Coordinator Keyana McKinney at 334 213 7538. I explained the whole situation to her and after quite a while she told me she would call the MPD to discuss my allegations. She let me listen to the entire call on speakerphone through my cell.

He then used the “I have to turn on my computer” line like he needed to explain it.

First she dialed Special Victims Unit which she already seemed to have the number. There was only a recording so she hung up and tried another number that she knew of and Major Hall got on the phone. He must have seen it was the National Guard calling. The Sexual Assault Coordinator introduced herself to Major Hall and told him she wanted to discuss a criminal report she had received. John Hall sounded like he perked up and was ready to assist any way he could. He then used the “I have to turn on my computer” line like he needed to explain it. I could hear that he turned it on and was waiting for it to log in and be ready. Major Hall then asked if this was going to be a victim or a suspect she wanted to know about. She said “He will be a suspect.”

Major Hall asked for the first name and she told him, ‘Michael.’ It got quiet suddenly, I could even hear him typing it. Then he asked for the last name and my contact said, ‘McCord.’ He paused for a moment and then said, “We have a lot of those in here.” She responded with “Wow, really?” Like she knew he was stalling and playing word games. I could tell his little wheels were turning. It was quiet for several seconds and then he said, “Wait a minute, is this about Fredrika Miller?” She said, “Yes.” Then his tone changed. He paused again and then said to her, “The FBI, Mobile Division investigated this already and determined her case to be closed.” She said, “I didn’t know the FBI investigated rape cases.” Then Major Hall said, “Well, don’t hold me to it, I have never seen the report. I don’t have access to it.” He was obviously trying to distance himself from it.

He said “You know there is a lot more going on here, don’t you?

My contact then said, “Well I have to dot all the ‘I’s and cross the ‘T’s’ because after I get off the phone here I need to turn in my report to the general. He said “You know there is a lot more going on here, don’t you? She replied, “No, what?” He said, “She [Fredrika] is trying to get us to open a homicide investigation into her mother’s murder. She was poisoned 19 years ago but died 2 years ago.”

First of all it was 2009 not nineteen years ago. He spent a lot of time during our meeting when we were there weeks earlier, misquoting information. He kept repeating back the wrong details like he was trying to trip us up or he was just stalling. After this statement to her I realize that he is just bad with information or he was deliberately trying to make me look stupid and undermine my credibility. She had to ask him more than one time, “Did the MPD ever investigate her rape?” He finally answered, “No.”

The next day I wrote my own letter.

Hi Mr. Hall, I was listening on the phone to you talking to Ms. McKinney from the National Guards sexual assault coordinator today. She let me hear the entire conversation live as you fumbled to turn on your computer only to find “Many Mike McCords in your system.” I heard you say, “I have not seen any report .”To say you know there is a report calling me “unfounded,” yet you have never seen it as you told Ms. McKinney. It sounds like you are perjuring yourself like you accused me of doing if I ever testified in court that I was poisoned. You also are slandering me by saying “I’m unfounded.” Can you testify under oath there is a report that is stopping you from filing a rape report on my behalf against your friend and coworker Officer Mike McCord? If you haven’t seen the report, and can’t show it to me, the military or anyone else, it doesn’t exist. “But don’t hold me to it, or take my word for it. I haven’t seen the report. I don’t have access to it” (Yes I heard that part too…) In closing, think about everything you said, including, “You know there is more going on… she wants us to open a homicide investigation on her Mom’s murder.” This rape has nothing to do with a homicide investigation. You can’t even respect me enough to remember the information and timelines I told you about my Mom’s murder. Officer Mike McCord raped me on 04/14/2012 at his home 2200 Old Mill Court, Montgomery, Alabama. I won’t stop until McCord is held accountable and a real report is filed. Have a nice day, Fredrika Morrissette Miller

I knew they were lying, just like all the other lies they told me almost every single time I try to report a crime.

After all this time hearing from these lying MPD officers telling me there was a joint investigation with the FBI, when Major Hall was finally being asked in an official capacity, the truth comes out. “No!” The Montgomery Police Department has never investigated my rape by MPD Officer Michael McCord. All they do is lie and cover for their ‘buddies’ in the department. I knew they were lying, just like all the other lies they told me almost every single time I try to report a crime. My mother and I have fought for years against this bullshit. A boys club of lying jerks who wave their badges around and shoot up into the air to keep the general public scared, confused and controlled.

Major John Hall, Bill Barousse and Sergeant Brandon Capps, all told me and my agent/rep together that there was a joint investigation and that the FBI determined the allegations to be “unfounded” and closed the case. Now Major John Hall with the MPD’s Criminal Investigation Division tells me there is not, and never was a joint case and the MPD never investigated my rape by their officer. Major Hall is slandering me and defaming my character by saying I am unfounded. None of these words came from the FBI. All these statements came from the MPD’s own mouths to hurt my reputation and damage my ability to take legal action against their friend and coworker.

The police know how to protect and serve alright, themselves.

I remember once one of them told me that they would not, “Let me destroy the reputation of a retired MPD officer.” They all know him, they all worked with him through investigating property crimes as well as other crimes. They have all chosen to stand together with a man that raped me. Sergeant Capps, like Mike McCord have both retired and are now unavailable for comment, clarity or administrative disciplinary action. The police know how to protect and serve alright, themselves. We the people are just an inconvenient afterthought they have to deal with while they get there badges, promotions and balls.
