The Peppermint Unicorn

I have always been the kind of person who helps people. I have made some mistakes in life and helped the wrong people who took advantage of my kindness. I am careful now who I help and associate with, as I learned the hard way not all people have good hearts. When I see an injustice I try to do something, even if it’s a small act of kindness. I was traveling through Georgia last month and saw this man being harassed by the local police in Columbus, Georgia. I recorded the event in case something happened to him. The locals told me he is a nice person, who is just a ‘little slow’ mentally and the police harass him. Here is the video I recorded. I hope he is okay and safe. It’s easy to walk past things we see everyday and not stop to do the right thing. Please try to be a helper in a world of heartless people. 🦄🪶🍬
